September 2025 Release

Web Application Updates

1. Transfer submission dates: to be set within 24 hours of current time. This prevents the submission from being set in the past or future.

2. Prevent transfers directly to managers; ALL Interline transfers MUST be to airline, not manager


3. Some Airlines have started using 6 digit ULD numbers; Web and Mobile apps updated to allow the use of 6 digits i.e. AKE 012345 ZZ


4. Cron job – ensure audits written; the cron job runs nightly to update demurrage totals and identify ULD transactions open for 180 days and marks the ULD as LST and sets demurrage to maximum amount.
5. LST status after 180 days, fixed accrual logging
6. When using MUC/LUC transfers, allow the use of secondary / tertiary airline codes for those that have multiple codes assigned to them. example: CO assigned to United Air Cargo (UA)
7. Fixed an issue where signatures gathered from UCR created on the mobile app were being cropped by web app display
8. Organization List Page: removed address and other fields and added the airlines codes and other more useful fields used commonly
9. Non Registered ULD Report – change link to directly allow user to edit the ULD assignment
10. Tracking GPS location when transfers made on mobile will now display on the transfer web screen
11. Freight Forwarder Organization to Sub org relationships Bug
12. Support HEIC image format uploads from iPhone mobile app; they can now be displayed on the web app
13. Interline Equipment Summary – hide any rows with zero totals

Mobile Application Updates – new release to google play store and Apple store
1. On login: capture device information, user name, response times and GPS location for debug and admin assistance
2. On login: check the airline and ULD type tables for changes and download where required to the mobile device
3. On Transfer: log the GPS location of the device at the time of finalization
4. Improved capture of signatures
5. Enable Voice input mode for ULD entry
6. Improve ULD re-edit function

Administration Updates
1. Advertisements – improve management of entries to easy editing and selecting
2. Transfer list page; add option to allow easier finding of transfers that contain pictures / attachments

1. Message screen – descending sequence
2. Accepted dispute will close transaction
3. Alert on ULD that not assigned to either party (or their managers)
4. Preventing duplicate ULD in transfer from mobile
5. Transaction reports – merged date/time fields, enabling records to be sorted by UTC time including seconds, so in order of the actual time they happened regardless of time zone
